'Foie Gras and Funnel Cakes'? Sounds wild! Seeing Fist of Flour on Eater's Essential East Bay Pizzerias reminds me of scrolling for food spots on the subway. Wonder if they use a significant figures calculator for those complex pizza ratios, haha!
